Blue raspberry flavor candied grapes with airheads topping. My favorite! #candyfruit #candy #candygrapes #fypシ #viral
So I decided since everyone is asking for this recipe I will just tell you guys in the caption.
INGREDIENTS:
-Grapes
-2 cups sugar
-1 cup water
-1 cup karo syrup
-Blue Raspberry flavoring
-Blue airheads (mini bars)
-Cornstarch
-Powdered sugar
-Baking soda
-Vinegar
-Candy thermometer
-white food coloring
-blue food coloring
-blender or food processor
-parchment paper
-toothpicks
1. Wash and clean your grapes with vinegar and baking soda then rinse them off with water and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Place toothpicks individually inside of each grape on the side where there is already a hole to prevent leaking. Leave grapes out at room temperature for best results.
3. Take your airhead candy out of the wrappers and place inside a bowl or on a plate, coat with cornstarch to prevent sticking and place in the freezer until frozen. Take them out and coat your blender with cornstarch add a little powdered sugar blend and place your crushed airheads in the freezer while you cook your candy.
3. Start cooking your mixture! Add 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup karo syrup to a medium size pot and stir, add white food coloring to make your color pop!
4. Place candy thermometer in the pot and make sure it isn’t touching the bottom because it will give you a false reading. Cook on low heat, candy needs to be at 300 degrees before removing and let the bubbles die down before dipping your grapes.
5. Once your candy is done place a few drops of blue raspberry flavoring and stir, after that add your blue food coloring and stir. Now get to dipping your grapes and fully coat them in the candy mix and place on parchment paper. Take your crushed airheads out and dip your grapes in the candy mixture first then roll it around in your airheads mix to fully coat.
6. The drizzle is optional but to complete this you will need a spatula or a fork and dip into candy mix and create your drizzles on your grapes.
7. If your mixture starts to seize just reheat on the stove until runny again.
I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY!!

So, you’ve mastered the basic blue raspberry candied grapes, but let’s dive deeper into making them absolutely perfect every single time! As someone who's made these countless times, I've picked up a few extra tips that make all the difference, especially when you're aiming for that super crisp shell and vibrant flavor. First, let's talk about the candy coating itself. The recipe calls for reaching 300 degrees Fahrenheit, which is crucial for that hard, crunchy shell. But did you know humidity can be your biggest enemy? On a humid day, your candy coating might turn sticky – nobody wants that! Try making these on a dry day if possible. Also, ensure your grapes are completely dry after washing. Any leftover moisture can cause your candy to seize or become grainy. Patting them dry with paper towels is good, but letting them air dry a bit at room temp for an hour or so after can be even better. For that perfect, even coating, work quickly! Once your candy mixture is at 300°F and the bubbles settle, it starts to cool down and thicken fast. If it gets too thick, you can gently reheat it on low until it's liquid again, as the original recipe mentions. Don't rush the dipping, but don't dawdle either. A smooth, swift dip and twist will give you that beautiful, glossy finish on your blue raspberry candy grapes. And remember, the white food coloring helps the blue really pop, making those blue raspberry grapes look even more enticing! Now, about that amazing Airheads topping! The OCR mentioned “AIRMEAPS UE RASP” which really highlights this key ingredient. To get those crushed Airheads just right, freezing them is a must. This makes them brittle and easier to blend or crush. Using cornstarch in the blender is genius because it prevents them from clumping into a sticky mess. You want a fine powder, almost like fairy dust, so it adheres nicely to the warm candy. The contrast of the sweet, tangy blue raspberry candy shell with the chewy, fruity Airheads bits is what makes these so incredibly addictive. While blue raspberry is a crowd favorite, don't be afraid to experiment with other flavors! You could easily swap the blue raspberry flavoring for green apple or strawberry to make other delicious candied grapes. Just pick a food coloring that matches your flavor. Imagine vibrant green apple candy grapes or sweet red strawberry ones! The possibilities are endless once you have the basic technique down. These make fantastic party treats or a fun snack for any occasion, and they’re always a huge hit. Finally, storage is key to maintaining that crunch. Once dipped and cooled, store your candied grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They’re best enjoyed within a day or two for peak crispness. Over time, they can start to soften slightly, but they'll still be delicious! I hope these extra tips help you create the most amazing blue raspberry candied grapes ever. Happy candying!
