Telling someone “no” is not rude, it’s called setting a boundary!! and you can set boundaries in a polite way! it doesn’t have to be “rude” and if someone doesn’t understand or takes it the wrong way, that’s on them. Being a people pleaser is rude to yourself!! You are not putting yourself
