I have been with my company over a year now and a promotion just came up and I don’t know if I want to continue here..
I feel like it’s the only job that is paying enough and there is not another on anything.
So do I just suck it up and get promoted and deal with this company day in and day out , or do I keep searching for a career I can be happy with showing up to everyday??
