Log in to Canva: Open the Canva website and log in to your account.
Or if there is no account, sign up before creating a new design: click the button.
"Create a design" in the upper right corner, select "Custom size," or select the appropriate size.
E.g., "A4 size document" sets the background: on the left bar, click "Background."
To select a color or upload the image you want to select a light background color.
E.g., light peach color as in the example, add the topic: click "text."
On the left bar, select the theme style, type "Fun to divide."
(Or use the desired topic) and resize the font and color to display the text.
Put it at the top of the worksheet, create a division problem: use the "text" tool.
To create a new text box, type problems such as "14 / 6 =," "2 / 2 =," "10 / 8 =."
So on, sort the text boxes in a row to have a space between each problem. Add illustration: Click
"Elements" on the left bar search for cute images, such as "little ghost," "cartoon,"
Or "illustration," place that image at the bottom of the work leaf, neatly customize it:

"Alignment" to make the design look symmetrical, download and print: Once satisfied, click the button.
"Download" in the upper right corner selects the desired file format (recommended as PDF for printing).

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “กรอบใบงาน” ใน Canva เพื่อทำใบงานให้ดูเป็นระเบียบและพิมพ์สวยๆ เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากทำกรอบก่อน แล้วค่อยใส่เนื้อหา/โจทย์ทีหลัง จะช่วยให้จัดหน้าซ้ำได้ไวมาก (โดยเฉพาะเวลาทำหลายชุด) 1) ตั้งค่าหน้ากระดาษให้พร้อมพิมพ์ เราเลือก “เอกสาร A4” (แนวตั้ง) ก่อนเลย เพราะเป็นขนาดที่ครู/ผู้ปกครองพิมพ์ใช้บ่อย จากนั้นตั้งค่าระยะขอบเผื่อพิมพ์ เช่น เว้นขอบรอบๆ ประมาณ 1–1.5 ซม. เพื่อกันโดนเครื่องพิมพ์ตัดขอบ 2) วิธีทำกรอบใบงาน (เส้นขอบ) แบบเร็ว ไปที่ “องค์ประกอบ” แล้วค้นหาคำว่า “กรอบ”, “frame”, “border”, “เส้น”, “line” เลือกกรอบที่เป็นสี่เหลี่ยมเส้นเรียบๆ ปรับความหนาเส้นให้อ่านง่าย (ไม่บางเกินไป) แล้ว “ขยายให้ชิดขอบใน” ตามระยะที่เว้นไว้ ทริคที่ชอบใช้: ถ้าไม่เจอกรอบที่ถูกใจ ให้ใช้ “สี่เหลี่ยม” แล้วตั้งค่าเป็นเส้นขอบ (Border) โดยปรับให้ “ไม่มีสีพื้น” และมีแค่เส้นขอบ จากนั้นปรับความหนา/สีเส้นตามสไตล์ใบงาน 3) ทำช่องกรอบย่อยสำหรับโจทย์/คำตอบ ถ้าเป็นใบงานคณิตฯ แบบในตัวอย่าง (เช่น โจทย์หาร) เราจะทำ “กล่องสี่เหลี่ยมมุมมน” เป็นช่องตอบ หรือทำเส้นใต้สำหรับเขียนคำตอบก็ได้ วิธีคือคัดลอกกล่องเดิมแล้ววางซ้ำหลายๆ อัน จากนั้นใช้เมนู “ตำแหน่ง/จัดแนว” → จัดระยะห่างให้เท่ากัน งานจะดูโปรขึ้นทันที 4) ล็อกกรอบไว้ กันเผลอขยับ พอจัดกรอบใบงานและช่องหลักๆ เสร็จ ให้กด “ล็อก (Lock)” กรอบและเส้นทั้งหมดไว้ก่อน เวลาพิมพ์โจทย์หรือวางรูปประกอบจะไม่เผลอลากกรอบหลุด ทำงานเร็วขึ้นมาก 5) ทำเป็นเทมเพลตใช้ซ้ำ (ประหยัดเวลาทำใบงานอัตโนมัติ) ถ้าต้องทำหลายหน้า แนะนำทำหน้าแรกให้เป็น “แม่แบบกรอบใบงาน” แล้วกดทำสำเนาหน้า (Duplicate page) จากนั้นเปลี่ยนแค่โจทย์/หัวข้อแต่ละหน้า กรอบจะเหมือนกันทั้งชุด 6) ดาวน์โหลดให้เหมาะกับการพิมพ์ เราแนะนำดาวน์โหลดเป็น PDF Print ถ้ามีตัวเลือกให้เลือก “ครอปมาร์ก/ระยะตัด” ไม่จำเป็นสำหรับใบงานทั่วไป แต่สำคัญคือเช็กอีกครั้งว่าเส้นกรอบไม่ชิดขอบนอกเกินไป ทำตามนี้จะได้กรอบใบงาน Canva ที่ดูสะอาด อ่านง่าย และพร้อมพิมพ์ แถมเอาไปปรับใช้ได้กับทุกวิชาเลย
