Making a worksheet like this in Canva can follow the following steps:
Canva opening:
Into Canva.
And log in to the system (or subscribe if there is no account yet).
Create a new design:
Click on the Create a design button (Create a design).

Finish the numbers under the bottle.
Final tune:
Adjust the spacing, font size and bottle position to balance.
