ถ้าใครกำลังหาอนิเมะไว้เปิดดูเบาๆ ระหว่างกินข้าวหรือก่อนนอน “ฉันฆ่าสไลม์มา 300 ปี รู้ตัวอีกทีก็เลเวล Max ซะแล้ว” เป็นเรื่องที่ตอบโจทย์มาก เพราะโทนมันสบายจริงๆ แบบดูแล้วไม่ต้องลุ้นหนัก ไม่มีดราม่ากดหัว แต่มีความอบอุ่นคล้ายดูครอบครัวที่ค่อยๆ ขยายขึ้นเรื่อยๆ สิ่งที่เราชอบที่สุดคือ “พอยต์เริ่มต้น” ของอาซึสะที่ชัดมาก—เธอเคยทำงานจนถึงขั้น過労死 (ตายเพราะทำงานหนักเกินไป) พอได้เกิดใหม่เลยตั้งใจใช้ชีวิตช้าๆ ไม่แบกความคาดหวังเดิมอีกแล้ว ตรงนี้ทำให้เรื่องดูมีมิติแบบฟีลมนุษย์ออฟฟิศที่อยากพักจริงๆ และพอเรื่องเดินไปเรื่อยๆ มันจะยิ่งเห็นว่า “สโลว์ไลฟ์” ของเธอไม่ได้แปลว่าอยู่คนเดียว แต่คือการได้ใช้ชีวิตเรียบง่ายท่ามกลางคนที่รักและไว้ใจได้ หลายคนเสิร์ชแล้วถามแนวๆ “มีรูปปะ/มีฉากวาบหวิวไหม?” จากที่ดู โทนเรื่องไปทางคอมเมดี้-ฟีลกู๊ดมากกว่า ไม่มีฉากโจ่งแจ้งหรืออะไรที่ต้องกังวลแบบนั้น จุดขายคือมุกน่ารักๆ ความวุ่นวายแบบซอฟต์ๆ และเคมีของตัวละครในบ้านอาซึสะมากกว่า ดูได้สบายใจ เหมาะกับคนที่อยากหลีกหนีความเครียด อีกอย่างที่เรื่องนี้ทำได้ดีคือการ “แนะนำตัวละครให้รักได้ไว” ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไลก้า เรดดราก้อนที่จริงจังแต่แอบน่ารัก, ฟาลฟากับชาร์ลช่า (ภูตสไลม์พี่น้อง) ที่เพิ่มความอบอุ่นให้บ้าน, ฮาลคารา เอลฟ์นักปรุงยาที่สร้างเสียงหัวเราะ, ฟลัตทอร์เต บลูดราก้อนสายพลัง และโรซาลี่ สาวน้อยวิญญาณ—ทุกคนมีจังหวะเด่นของตัวเองแบบไม่แย่งซีนกันจนรก ถ้าใครคาดหวังพล็อตใหญ่แบบเข้มๆ อาจต้องปรับโหมดนิดนึง เพราะเรื่องจะเป็นตอนๆ เน้นเหตุการณ์รายวันมากกว่า แต่ข้อดีคือดูง่าย หยิบดูตอนไหนก็ได้ และยังรู้สึกเหมือนได้พักสมองจริงๆ ปล. เห็นหลายคนถามชื่อบางตัวละครอย่าง “มาริอาเบล สไลม์” ถ้าเจอชื่อนี้ตามโพสต์/คอมเมนต์ แนะนำเช็กการสะกดจากแหล่งทางการ (เช่นซับไทยที่ดูอยู่หรือเว็บข้อมูลอนิเมะ) เพราะชื่อในไทยบางทีสะกดต่างกันได้ตามสำนักแปล จะได้ไม่งงเวลาตามหาตัวละครครับ
