「銀座風香」って名前が気になって、週末の夕方にふらっと行ってきました。結果、銀座の“高級かき氷”ってこういうことか…！と納得。店内は古民家リノベで天井が高く、木目の家具や盆栽があって、全身で和を感じられる落ち着いた空気でした。隠れ家っぽくて非日常感があるのに、ひとりでも入りやすいのがありがたいです。 このお店、夜はBAR営業もあるそうで、かき氷と一緒に頼めるドリンクの満足度が高め。私は「苺とロゼ（ドリンクセット）」が特に印象的で、苺の甘酸っぱさにロゼの華やかな香りが合わさって、大人っぽいデザート感でした。甘さは強すぎず、氷が本当にふわふわなので、食後でも重くなりにくいです。 抹茶好きなら「宇治抹茶使用の 宇治抹茶とウイスキー琥珀蜜」も気になるはず。抹茶の苦みと香りがしっかり立っていて、蜜のコクで程よい甘さにまとまるイメージ。ウイスキーが入る分、香りがぐっと大人寄りになるので、アルコールが苦手な人は事前にスタッフさんに相談すると安心だと思いました。 混雑は、土日の16:30頃で席に少し余裕あり。私は待ち時間ほぼなしでしたが、暑い日やオープン直後は変わるかも。確実に座りたいなら、開店直後か15時台までに入ると動きやすい印象です。 アクセスは新富町駅から徒歩2分（築地駅からでも徒歩圏内）。営業時間は11:00〜18:00（L.O.17:30）、定休日は火・水。銀座で静かに“こっそり行ける”かき氷屋さんを探している人に、かなり刺さると思います。
