I'm sure you have of a band called the BeachBoys. they helped sell the California sound. there was band the doing the same as the BeachBoy. Many people confuse there songs for the BeachBoys. This band had 16 top 40 hits in a 8 year period were very popular. The leader and creator had bad car accident April of 1966. after the accident the band just disappeared. DJs quite playing there music. when there hits did get played. The public assumed it was the BeachBoys. The songs are Surf City, Deadmans curve, Little old lady from Pasadena, Sidewalk surfing, a song about Skateboarding. the named of act is Jan and Dean. look in it and read about them When Bird finished the Celtics. Hen the Job as head coach for the Indians Pacers, Wichita,they did fantastic,they lost Jordan and company. if Bird retired disappeared for a years if memory serves. like Jan and Dean quitley disappeared. The networks did not do Larry Bird stuff. the internet was still an infant. The younger players really did not as many highlights,as they with Jordan and Magic.
