growing up is really hard

2/11 Edited to

... Read moreGrowing up often feels like a rollercoaster of emotions and responsibilities that suddenly arrive all at once. From my own experience, the hardest part is balancing the pressure to succeed financially while managing the emotional weight of new responsibilities. The phrase 'More money, more problems' really resonates because financial independence doesn’t just bring freedom—it brings complex decisions and unexpected challenges. One of the critical lessons I’ve learned is that growing up requires developing resilience and accepting that it’s okay to struggle sometimes. Whether it’s managing work stress, paying bills, or navigating relationships, these challenges test our limits but also help us grow stronger. I also found that having a support system—friends, family, or even online communities—makes a huge difference. Sharing experiences about how tough growing up can be creates connection and reduces the feeling of isolation. Sometimes just knowing others face similar struggles can be incredibly comforting. Lastly, it’s important to remember that nobody has it all figured out. The journey to adulthood is filled with trial and error, and that’s completely normal. Embracing the process, including its ups and downs, helps transform these difficult moments into valuable growth opportunities.

A plate of food featuring fried eggs with sauce and a side of blueberries, illustrating the first reason for limited glute growth: not fueling properly.
A woman in a gym performs squats with a barbell on her shoulders, showing effort, representing the second reason for slow glute growth: not training hard enough.
3 reasons your glutes aren’t growing
1. You aren’t fueling properly. Food is everything when it comes to your physique journey. If you’re in a deficit, it will be hard to grow. If you aren’t eating enough protein, it will be hard to grow. If you want to see your glutes grow, you’ll need to make sure you are eating proper nutrition!
