I try to aim for high protein meals.

1 chicken breast with rotisserie chicken seasoning

1 cup of broccoli

1 cup of baby potatoes roasted in the oven with misc seasonings

2 tablespoons of sugar free bbq sauce but I didn’t use all of it.
