Find small moments

Life is A LOT right now. Many people are struggling financially, mentally, emotionally to deal with everything in a very uncertain time. While I don’t subscribe to toxic positivity, I believe that self-care, taking breaks and doing small things for yourself are vital for our survival, especially among the chaos.

I’m as guilty as anyone of doing things the quick (and often unhealthy) way. This is just as much a reminder for me as it is for you. Do what you need to for your sanity and well being. For me that looks like soothing music, cups of herbal tea, oracle cards, and scented candles (this one is juniper & pine). Self-care is not selfish, it’s vital. And taking time away from everything is imperative if you want to keep fighting the good fight.
