🧡 Everyday euthanasia means abandoning or cutting off from the mental anchors that keep us trapped in a cycle of pity. This euthanasia is one of the core principles of Buddhism, with the three sangyos mentioned in the post:
1. See the eunuchs, not us, not attached to our bodies and thoughts as ourselves.
2.Lavijitchao: Have firm faith in the teachings of the Buddha, do not waver in doubt.
3. Each color is pramas: Do not seize ignorant rituals. Maintain the precepts with true understanding and practice.
These punches free us from suffering and adherence to daily life.

🧡 Buddhism describes the abandonment of bonds or mind-holding things that leave us trapped in a cycle of pity, which has 10 sangyos, but can be divided into three main groups:
1. * Tit Vijit and Phat Pramas * (first 3 sangyos)
- One thing: Seeing 5 eunuchs is not an identity.
- Laviji Jara: Have firm faith in the Buddha's teachings.
- Praemas colors: Not adhering to ignorant rituals or actions.
2. * Kama and sensuality *
- Erotic: Reduce Erotic Joy
- Lasada: Reduce anger and discontent.
3. * The image of sensuality is mana.
- Each form of sensuality and amorphism: Reduce pleasure in the form of Jean and Aform.
- Lama: Reduce self-adherence.
- Avicha: Reduce ignorance in the Dharma
Practical methods to sacrifice include
- * Mindfulness *: Knowing your thoughts and feelings.
- * Dharma Practice *: Train the Mind to Understand and Lend the Sanctuary
- * Keeping the precepts *: Keeping the precepts with understanding, not following tradition or fear.
- * Prayer *: Train the mind to be calm and understand principles.
These practices will help to understand and release the Sangyoshon, which is the way to exonerating Buddhism.
การละสังโยชน์ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการดำเนินชีวิตที่สงบสุขและปลอดพ้นจากความทุกข์ในพระพุทธศาสนา จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเจริญสติและการฝึกสมาธิช่วยให้ผมสามารถรู้เท่าทันความคิดและความรู้สึกภายในตนเองได้มากขึ้น ทำให้เข้าใจว่าร่างกายและจิตใจเป็นสิ่งไม่เที่ยง และไม่ใช่ตัวตนที่แท้จริง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการละสักกายทิฏฐิ นอกจากนี้ การมีศรัทธาในคำสอนที่ถูกต้องและไม่หวั่นไหวในความสงสัย คือการละวิจิกิจฉา ช่วยลดความลังเลและขัดแย้งในจิตใจ ทำให้การปฏิบัติธรรมมีความมั่นคงยิ่งขึ้น ส่วนการละสีลัพพตปรามาสยังสอนให้เราไม่ยึดติดกับพิธีกรรมหรือการประพฤติปฏิบัติแบบงมงาย แต่ให้รักษาศีลและปฏิบัติธรรมด้วยความเข้าใจที่แท้จริง สิ่งนี้เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญที่ผมพบว่า การทำตามพิธีกรรมโดยไม่เข้าใจธรรมะอย่างลึกซึ้ง จะไม่ช่วยให้จิตใจสงบและปลอดโปร่งได้อย่างแท้จริง ทั้งนี้ วิธีปฏิบัติหลักที่ช่วยให้ละสังโยชน์ได้เกิดผลดี ได้แก่ การฝึกเจริญสติอย่างต่อเนื่อง การรักษาศีลด้วยความเข้าใจ ไม่เพียงแต่ถือเป็นการปฏิบัติตามธรรมเนียมแต่เป็นการทำให้จิตใจบริสุทธิ์ และการภาวนาเพื่อให้จิตสงบและเห็นแจ้งในธรรมะ ผู้ที่ฝึกฝนอย่างจริงจังจะค่อยๆ ปลดปล่อยตนเองจากความยึดมั่นถือมั่นและความไม่รู้ที่นำมาซึ่งความทุกข์ในชีวิตประจำวัน อย่างไรก็ตาม การละสังโยชน์ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายและต้องใช้เวลาฝึกฝน แต่เมื่อเกิดความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติด้วยใจที่ตั้งมั่นแล้ว ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือชีวิตที่สงบสุขและหลุดพ้นจากวงจรทุกข์ของวัฏสงสารอย่างแท้จริง
