High Protein Balanced Meal Prep 🌱

I made this Sweet Potato Turkey Bowl for my meal prep this week and it turned out ✨SO GOOD.✨ It’s filled with veggies to get in all those micronutrients and fiber - plus it’s super yummy. I am such a fan of a good bowl like this but I hate how expensive they are at to-go food places so I love to make them at home and save some money! 👏🏼

One serving has 2-3ish servings of veggies (you should aim for 5-6 per day) and has about 23g of protein. Perfect macros for dinner - I personally prefer to eat a little less at dinner time so I don’t go to bed feeling too full! 💗
