One thing I always tell my clients to do is EAT THE RAINBOW ! Filling your plate / diet with colors is going to ensure you are getting all the proper nutrients, vitamins and minerals. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿฅ‘โœจ

Making your meals into bowls like this is a simple way to pack it with all the things your body needs to thrive : protein, carbs, fats and fiber. Letโ€™s break it down with the foods I used with this meal, one of my faves - viral hot honey ground beef bowl. ๐Ÿคค

๐Ÿฅฉ Protein : ground beef (or you can use ground turkey or chicken) + cottage cheese. Both of these are solid sources of protein and very versatile to add to any meal.

๐Ÿงก Carbs / Color : Sweet potatoes contain a healthy dose of carbs along with hormone balancing nutrients your body will love. Mixed greens contain a ton of micronutrients your body needs for digestion and immune function. Lime juice is high in vit C, helps with digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.

๐Ÿฅ‘ Fats : Avocado or guacamole (I always use the single serve cups from Costco - minimal ingredients, inexpensive and last a long time). Your body needs fats for so many bodily functions and for your hormone health, donโ€™t skip out on healthy fats in your diet! Pumpkin seeds are also a great addition to a bowl like this and contain healthy fats and a good dose of protein too! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
