With January around the corner, here is a reminder that your goals don’t have to wait until January 1st. The best time to start is now! In 2024 I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t fall off my workout routine just because of the busy season. Safe to say I kept that promise to myself. December 2024 I worked out a total of 8 times vs December 2025 I worked out 20 times including today (and counting) ! This is a big win for me because if you know me I work like crazy in December. #win #fyp #workout #consistency #smallwins
