Additionally, timing your tanning sessions according to the UV index is crucial. When the UV is moderate, shorter sessions with SPF 30 work best, allowing your skin to build a natural glow without burning. Flipping your position halfway through and staying hydrated are simple yet effective tips that enhance even tanning and overall skin health. Post-tanning care is just as important as the tan itself.
