When you cut out carbs and your energy, performance, mood, skin, digestion, sleep, recovery and any number of hundreds of other individual benefits...but it goes against what that one professor told them was gospel at that one University sponsored by an organization tied to the Food & Beverage industry...and then they claim anecdotal evidence isn't evidence and everything you've experienced isn't proof that carbs are non-essential.
