My favorite lightweight summer sandal- review 🍋✨
the sandal that's been to more countries than most people i know
three years. Rome, Amsterdam, Prague, Iceland coming up next month. these TKEES Mia Napa sandals in Sable have been on my feet for all of it and I genuinely can't believe how well they've held up.
quick sizing note because it matters: I'm an 8.5 and sized up to a 9. TKEES only comes in whole sizes, so if you're a half size, go up. the fit is perfect when you do that. too small and the leather will fight you instead of mold to you.
why I keep reaching for these:
the leather is Brazilian Napa leather and it actually softens over time. year one they needed a little breaking in. now they feel like a second skin. the three-strap silhouette is minimal enough to go with everything but has enough structure that they don't look cheap. sable is the perfect nude-for-everyone color, nothing too pink, nothing too beige.
I wore these cobblestoning through Rome, walking canals in Amsterdam, and hiking Mala Strana in Prague. zero blisters. the padded footbed is doing real work.
they retail for $95 which felt like a stretch at first. three years and counting, that's basically $0.08 a wear at this point.
