2. Watermelon 🍉 – Known as the summer hydration king, watermelon is around 92% water and packed with antioxidants and vitamins. It’s sweet, hydrating, and satisfying for those warmer days. Pro tip: freeze chunks for a cooling snack or blend into a slushie!
