How I manifested going viral 👇🏼
I had a dream that I was a viral content creator but plot twist… I didn’t like to be on camera. I had ZERO desire to be on social media but part of me still felt drawn to it for some reason. I could see so clearly the numbers on my screen, the notifications, the nerves and the overwhelm. It was so vivid.
All of my friends always told me that I was a great presenter and I spent the early days of my career speaking at events. But talking to a camera?! “NOO THATS CRINGE” (so I thought).
Fast forward to me growing my TikTok to 100k followers. The girl who didn’t want to even be on social media DID THAT.
Heres what changed:
-I visualized the future I wanted out of my social media account (even before I had a username on TikTok I could see myself getting notifications and engaging with people on there like I was already an “influencer”). It kind of scared me but I knew that was real for me since I was able to tap into that feeling
-I took inspired action and practiced (awkward I know) since talking to a camera isn’t something people are naturally good at. So I literally filmed myself every day (just for myself) to learn how to get more comfortable. I didn’t even post those videos, they were strictly meant for my camera roll.
-I built up my self confidence in that process of filming (I cringe saying this) but I forced myself to watch those videos after filming and name 3 things I did well/I liked about myself. I slowly felt my self concept shit to a more positive place
-when I started to post I let go out outcomes… yes I totally didn’t look at analytics despite popular opinion and posted from the heart because I learned that…
PEOPLE GRAVITATE TOWARDS PASSION.
It may take them a minute to get there, but they eventually do. And when they do get there, they are so energized by you and it builds this sense of trust and loyalty that’s unmatched.
