PROBIOTIC YOGURTS!! ✨🌸

Gut health is extremely important for your overall health! I have had gut problems over the years!! Cocoyo is so good for my gut it doesn’t make me bloated. Doesn’t make me feel nauseated and I still feel normal after eating it and I’ve even noticed that it is helping clear my chest, shoulder, and back acne.

I bought these yogurts from my local sprouts, but they are also sold at Whole Foods. I knew I did not want to try coconut cult and I saw that Cocoyo is very similar if not better.

I have tried:

mango - Overall rating: 5/10: probably wouldn’t get this flavor again. I really like mango, but the aftertaste tastes like Shea butter lotion.

Vanilla - Overall rating: 1000/10: the perfect blend between coconut and vanilla, so good!

One of the best parts about exploring Cocoyo is the variety of flavors. While the original article mentioned Mango and Vanilla, I've since tried others, and it's worth experimenting! The Vanilla, as I said, is a dream – perfectly balanced and incredibly versatile. It's fantastic on its own, with granola, or blended into a smoothie. The Mango, while not my personal favorite on its own due to an unexpected aftertaste, transforms beautifully when mixed with other fruits or a touch of honey. I've also seen Raspberry and Cacao flavors, which definitely pique my interest for future tries. Imagine the Cacao mixed into a breakfast bowl with berries and nuts – delicious and packed with good bacteria! For those new to probiotic yogurts, Cocoyo is also completely 'VEGAN', which is a huge plus for many dietary preferences. Many people wonder about Cocoyo versus Coconut Cult, and I get it – they're both popular probiotic coconut yogurts. From my experience, while Coconut Cult is also great, Cocoyo felt lighter and didn't give me any digestive discomfort. It really comes down to personal preference for taste and texture. Both are excellent choices if you're looking for high-quality, dairy-free probiotics. Finding Cocoyo isn't too hard either. My go-to places are Sprouts and Whole Foods, as mentioned. They usually have a good selection of flavors, so you can pick your favorites or try something new. Always check the labels for the 'BILLIONS OF PROBIOTICS' count to ensure you're getting a potent product. Integrating probiotic yogurt into your daily routine can be simple. I love having a small serving with my breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack. It’s a delicious way to support your gut daily. You can also use it in salad dressings, dips, or even substitute it for sour cream in some recipes for a healthier, probiotic-rich twist. Remember, consistency is key when it comes to gut health. Don't expect instant results, but stick with it, and you'll likely start noticing positive changes in your digestion, energy, and overall well-being.
