The OUTSIDE world CAN BE so loud. Overwhelming AT TIMES. Everyone SEEMING to shout OUT INTO the void. I’ve LEARNED I don’t always NEED TO be heard…. OR even UNDERSTOOD… or EVEN seen. I need PEACE 🌼🔅💛
Living in a world that often feels overwhelmingly noisy can be exhausting. I've personally experienced moments when everything around me seems to shout all at once, making it hard to find any space for myself. What helped me was realizing that I don't always need to be heard or even understood by others; sometimes, peace comes from accepting that it's okay to step back quietly. Peace isn't about escaping reality but about cultivating a steady center from which to navigate it. This personal journey has taught me to cherish quiet moments, appreciate solitude, and value inner calm more than constant validation or recognition from others.
