Parksanbal is a cozy family-owned korean restaurant that only serves ONE thing on their menu: gukbap 국밥 which is their amazingly delicious slow-cooked beef & cabbage soup 🍲🥩🥰

this spot always gets busy so expect to wait a little bit if you go during prime meal hours, but folks usually finish eating fairly quickly and i can guarantee they’re worth the wait 🤗!!

every table gets a great assortment of banchan (with unlimited refills 🤭!!) like egg omelette, radish kimchi, ssamjang with green peppers, and dried seaweed. you’ll also get your own bowl of rice to eat with the gukbap 🍚

the gukbap itself is sooooo delicious and comforting 🥹 you choose between spicy & not spicy. i always get the not spicy because i LOVE how you can taste the beef bone broth’s rich flavors 🤤 i’m fr drooling just thinking about it

they also have a self-serve drink station with hot water and tea bags. you can help yourself to a variety of korean teas (i love the barley tea)! 🍵🌾
