Within a ten minute span I had people guess I was 27 and 23. Were they just trying to be flattering - maybe. But the moral of the story is people’s perceptions or opinions of you are just that. They’re not always accurate. They could be good or bad.
Be true to who you are - that’s the only thing that matters.
Taking care of your mind, body and soul is imperative. Confidence and self acceptance radiates. <—- and I’ll be the first to admit this took me an outrageously long time! Self love and confidence was at the very bottom of my list of traits. (If they were even on the list at all.)
