Instead of pushing aggressively or feeling pressured to achieve quick results, focusing on consistency and self-love has kept me motivated and happy. Incorporating regular exercise into my routine became not just about physical changes but also about mental wellbeing. The positive vibes (#vibraspositivas) that come from celebrating small victories — whether it's an extra set completed or feeling stronger — make the journey fulfilling. For anyone starting or continuing their fitness path, I encourage embracing each moment fully. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and allow yourself to enjoy the journey without rush.
