How to brainwash your mind for 2025

Invest in an alarm clock so you don’t have to see your screen for so long I wondered why I would wake up and have my eyes still burning like I was tired.

Drink water! 3L may be too much for your body see what works for you! Stay hydrated!

Most important task! It may be something as simple as making your bed before you shower in the morning! Making your coffee! Or even marking a day off your calendar. Whatever you feel is important to help you start off your day!

Exercise not just to lose weight but to keep your body healthy exercise has so many more benefits than just trying to lose weight!

Social media? To each their own! I love to read but I also love to scroll my Facebook or tik tok for peace! Just like music calms me and keeps me in a great mood!

Plan plan plan! Writing it down helps make it happen! But don’t overdue it! You’ll feel like you can never get anything done! I always write down the things I know for certain I have time to complete and if I have time for anything else I’ll add it in during the day!

Your mindset is all in your head! You can do whatever you set out to do! Belief is real and we all know this! Don’t ever make yourself feel like you can’t do something! Break it down and make it where you are in your comfort zone doing your thing!❤️❤️❤️

Start your day without distractions by investing in an alarm clock that prevents early screen time. Engage in simple tasks upon waking, such as making your bed or preparing your morning coffee. This not only boosts productivity but also enhances your mood. Hydration is also crucial; while drinking three liters may not suit everyone, finding your personal hydration needs is key. Consistent water intake supports overall health and cognitive function. In addition, prioritize exercise. Aim for at least one hour daily—not solely for weight loss, but also for the myriad of health benefits it provides. Consider your social media consumption. While platforms like Facebook and TikTok can be enjoyable, they can also be swapped for more enriching activities like reading books that promote knowledge and self-reflection. Planning your day can keep you focused; jot down achievable tasks and anticipate extra time for additional goals. Lastly, change your mindset through acknowledgment that transformation doesn’t occur overnight. It’s the accumulation of small, deliberate choices made every day that shapes your reality. Remember, you have the power to control your life—choose to create a future you desire.
