Noah’s Ark is more than a children’s story 🤯🌈
Hi friends and Bible study buddies! This study features the patriarch Noah, whose life and mission (found in Genesis 6-9) foreshadowed Jesus and the plan of salvation.
Can you imagine…a time when rain and even large oceans didn’t even exist, and this old man is building a giant boat by hand? and preaching about a flood for 120 YEARS?? 😳 Can you also imagine seeing all these animals from all over the earth line up and enter this boat? And then the old man and his family get in the boat, a literal angel shuts the door, and nothing happens for 7 straight days…and then the sky is literally falling around you in torrents of water ⛈️⛈️⛈️ and you’re banging on the door of the boat, but it won’t open and you and your friends get swept under a wave? 🌊 And you see entire cities completely submerged and all life destroyed??
The implications of this story are so wild—this is waaaay more intense than a children’s story. So what are the deeper lessons we can learn from Noah and the great flood?
