Summer Fun with your Kids!
Colossal Jell-O Jigglers Aquarium
Ingredients:
• 4 (6 oz) blue boxes of Jell-O Berry Blue Gelatin
• 1 (8 oz) red bag of Swedish Fish candy
• 1 (5 oz) pink and purple box of Nerds Candy
• 8 cups boiling water
• 8 cups cold water
Instructions:
1. Pour the entire box of Nerds Candy into the bottom of a large, clear 2-gallon glass drink dispenser or giant fishbowl to act as "aquarium gravel".
2. In an extra-large bowl, whisk the 4 boxes of Jell-O Berry Blue Gelatin with 8 cups of boiling water until completely dissolved. Stir in the 8 cups of cold water.
3. Let the blue Jell-O cool on the counter to room temperature (so it doesn't melt the candy), then carefully pour it over the Nerds into the glass vessel. Refrigerate for 2 hours until partially set (thick but not solid).
4. Take a long skewer or chopsticks and push the Swedish Fish into the partially set Jell-O at varying heights so they look like they are swimming. Refrigerate for another 4 hours until completely firm.
