$16.4/slice cheese cake??
I’ve been wanting to try the Quiec by Olivia cheesecake for the past few months, and I finally got the chance!! 🥹
I actually visited a few months ago hoping to get a slice, but it was sold out 😭 so I ended up trying their Basque cheesecake instead. This time, I came back specifically for the original Olivia’s slice, and was it worth the hype?
Overall, I’d say yes, it was pretty good!! It’s very different from a typical cheesecake. The texture was super unique, almost mousse-like, very flowy and light, but not airy. 8/10!
Would I come back for it again? Probably, but the only downside is the price $16.40 for a small slice is definitely on the pricey side 💸🥲
They also sell coffee , kombucha , and cheese sandwiches , which I didn’t try this time but might explore on my next visit!
