found this on the totes at work today and i completely understand why.
hi my name is jentry and my job is basically throwing away hundreds of parts a day of most of the popular car manufacturers in the world (including bmw, mercedes)! lmaoo jp… kinda.. not really…
i pull and inspect parts off of a line after they’ve been painted to check for defects. i actually enjoy what i do most of the time but there is definitely some mishaps, part of life though 😂
if you would like to, describe what you do for work! i’d love to hear 🩷
In the automotive industry, quality control is essential to ensure that vehicles meet safety and performance standards. As someone who works directly with parts from renowned manufacturers, it's fascinating to see how each component is meticulously scrutinized for defects after painting. This process not only helps maintain the integrity of the products but also provides insights into the intricacies of automotive manufacturing. Share in the experience of finding small mishaps that occur within a day’s work, as these moments remind us of the human aspect of industrial processes. Many people may not realize the amount of behind-the-scenes work that goes into assembling a car before it reaches the showroom floor. If you’re involved in similar quality assurance processes, or have stories from different industries, we’d love to hear about your experiences too!
