The BEST Pollo Asado recipe 🍗

The best pollo asado recipe! As always using @chefmerito_seasoning

and this month, I'm using their limited edition Dia De Los Muertos Pollo Seasoning

Recipe:

-2 tablespoons of Chef Merito Pollo Seasoning

-Juice of 2 oranges

-juice of 2 limes

-1/2 cup white vinegar

-1 whole head of garlic)

-5 tsp of salt

-1 tablespoons of black pepper

-2 tablespoons of dried oregano

-2 tsp cumin

-1 tsp coriander

-1 tsp garlic powder

Grill on the lowest flame for 45 minutes (MUST flip chicken every five minutes to ensure you get an even roast)
