I STOLE THIS FROM THE RESTAURANT I WORKED AT 🍄‍🟫🤍✨🌿

Portobello Mushrooms!!!! 🍄‍🟫

So I got this recipe from the upscale restaurant I worked at over the summer (pls don’t tell them abt this post), and they sell it for WAYYYY much more than it costs to make.

(And lowkey, I think I do it better. I might be biased though😬)

🦨 Sold at $18, but only costs ~$4 to make

Stuff u need:

•Portobello Mushroom Caps

•Olive Oil

•Salt n Pepper

•Soy Sauce (or balsamic)

•Lemon Juice

•Minced Garlic

🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳

What u do:

1. Wash the portobello caps and cut out the stem and gills

2. Make ur marinade: throw the olive oil, soy sauce, salt n pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic into a plastic bag.

3. Put the portobello caps in the plastic bag and throw that sucker into the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

4. Heat up the stove top (or grill if ur into that) and cook until the caps are a golden brown

5. All done, pretend ur super rich and fancy. These go well with ramen, rice, basically anything that goes well with meat. You can even make a burger using the cap as a patty. They’re a decent meat substitute.

Overall rating: 10/10
