ถ้าใครกำลังเจออาการ “เล็บไหม้/มือไหม้” หลังทำเล็บเจล หรือสงสัยว่า “แพ้แสงอบเล็บ (UV/LED)” นี่คือสิ่งที่เราอยากให้เช็กและทำทันทีจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว (ตอนนั้นโคนเล็บแห้ง ช้ำคล้ำ ผิวเหี่ยวและลอกแบบเห็นชัดมาก) 1) สังเกตอาการว่าเข้าข่ายไหม - แสบจี๊ดหรือร้อนผิดปกติระหว่างอบ โดยเฉพาะรอบ 2 ขึ้นไป - ผิวรอบเล็บแห้งตึง ลอก แดงคล้ำ/ม่วงช้ำบริเวณโคนเล็บ - แสบมากขึ้นเมื่อโดนน้ำ สบู่ แอลกอฮอล์ หรือทาครีมบางตัว ถ้าแสบจนทนไม่ได้ตอนอบ = อย่าฝืน ให้บอกช่างหยุดทันที เพราะการ “อดทน” อาจทำให้ระคายเคืองหนักขึ้น 2) ปฐมพยาบาล/ดูแลช่วง 24–72 ชม. แรก - หยุดทำเล็บต่อ ไม่อบซ้ำ ไม่แกะเจล - ประคบเย็นแบบไม่ให้เปียกแผล (ผ้าห่อน้ำแข็ง/เจลเย็น) ครั้งละ 10–15 นาที ช่วยลดแสบได้ - เลี่ยงแอลกอฮอล์ น้ำหอม สครับ และน้ำยาล้างเล็บแรงๆ - ทามอยส์เจอร์ไรเซอร์เข้มข้น/วาสลีนบางๆ รอบผิวที่แห้งลอก เน้น “พอก” ก่อนนอน - ถ้ามีแผลจากการตัดหนัง ให้ล้างด้วยน้ำเกลือและรักษาความสะอาด หลีกเลี่ยงการตัดหนังเพิ่ม 3) ต้องถอดเล็บเจลเลยไหม? ถ้ามีอาการร้อนแสบมาก ผิวไหม้ลอก หรือสงสัยแพ้ ควรพักเล็บและพิจารณาถอดอย่างถูกวิธี (ไม่ขูด ไม่แงะ) เพราะการฝืนทับ/อบต่อจะยิ่งระคายเคือง ส่วนตัวเราเลือกพักเล็บยาวๆ แล้วเน้นบำรุงจมูกเล็บกับผิวรอบเล็บทุกวัน 4) เมื่อไหร่ควรพบแพทย์ - ปวดแสบปวดร้อนมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ มีตุ่มพอง น้ำเหลือง หนอง บวมแดงลาม - ผิวช้ำคล้ำมากผิดปกติ หรือคันยุบยิบหนักๆ (อาจเป็นผื่นแพ้) - เป็นซ้ำทุกครั้งที่ทำเล็บเจล/อบไฟ ไปพบแพทย์ผิวหนังจะชัวร์สุด เพื่อแยกว่าเป็นแผลไหม้จากความร้อน/แสง หรือแพ้สาร/แพ้แสงอบเล็บจริงๆ 5) กันไว้ก่อนทำเล็บครั้งหน้า (สำคัญมาก) - ทากันแดดที่ “มือ” ก่อนทำเล็บ (โดยเฉพาะถ้าต้องอบหลายรอบ) - ขอช่างลดความแรง/เพิ่มเวลาสั้นลง หรืออบแบบสลับพัก หากรู้สึกร้อน - ถ้าเริ่มแสบ ให้รีบบอกทันที อย่าฝืน - เลือกร้านที่ดูแลการตัดหนังเบามือ อุปกรณ์สะอาด และยอมปรับขั้นตอนให้เรา หวังว่าประสบการณ์นี้จะช่วยให้คนที่ค้นหาเรื่องเล็บไหม้ เล็บเจล หรือแพ้แสงอบเล็บมีแนวทางรับมือเร็วขึ้นนะคะ ช่วงที่มือแห้งเหี่ยวและโคนเล็บช้ำคือใจเสียมาก แต่พอพักเล็บ + พอกโลชั่นสม่ำเสมอ อาการก็ค่อยๆ ดีขึ้นจริงๆ
