I ordered a lunch set because it was lunch time. The appetizer came with salad, prosciutto and pumpkin potage, and it was just the right size, so it was delicious with pasta. The pasta is a bolognese with plenty of meat sauce and plenty of creamy and rich cheese, and it is recommended for those who like cream pasta.
Prosciutto pasta was a pasta that you could put your favorite amount of prosciutto in a limited quantity. I was able to have plenty of prosciutto because I put it in until I stopped.
Carbonara was brought with pasta in Parmigiano cheese and completed in front of me. I was happy for cheese lovers because I felt the flavor of cheese well.

「津田沼で生ハムが美味しいお店ないかな？」と思って行ったのがItalian Kitchen VANSAN 津田沼店。結論、生ハム好きなら一度は試してほしいです。特に“生ハムのクリームパスタ”は数量限定で、スタッフさんが生ハムをのせてくれるスタイル。私は「もう少し…！」って言いながら止めるまで盛ってもらえて、結果かなり山盛りになりました。生ハムの塩気とクリームソースのコクが合わさって、最後まで飽きにくいのがよかったです。 行くタイミングのコツは、週末やお昼どきは予約推奨なところ。私が日曜11:30に予約して行った時点で店内はそれなりに埋まっていて、女子会っぽい複数人利用も多めでした。ソファ席もあって会話しやすい雰囲気なので、歓送迎会や友だちとのランチ会にも向いていると思います。 ランチで頼むなら、前菜付きのセットが満足度高め。サラダ＋生ハム＋かぼちゃのポタージュが付いて、パスタ前に軽くつまめる量感でした。生ハム目的で来ても、前菜にも生ハムがあるのが地味にうれしいポイント。 生ハム以外だと、「とろけるチーズボロネーゼ」も印象に残りました。ミートソースたっぷりのボロネーゼに、クリーミーで濃厚なチーズがどーんとのっていて、チーズ好きにはかなり刺さる味。あと、目の前で仕上げてもらえるパルミジャーノカルボナーラはライブ感があって、写真も撮りたくなります。 生ハムを狙い撃ちするなら、数量限定メニューは早めの時間に注文するのが安心。駅近でアクセスもしやすいので、「津田沼×生ハム」でお店選びに迷ったら候補に入れてみてください。
