I went there around 12 o'clock on Sunday.
There were two groups in the store, but I was able to enter and order without waiting.
The inside of the cafe is a small cafe with counter seats and 4 table seats, and most of the seats were filled from around 12: 30. Also, the cheesecake was sold out, so I recommend going early.
The cheesecake melted smoothly in the mouth, and when combined with light cream and nuts, another texture was added and it was very delicious. I didn t feel very strong, but Brazilian beans were ground on top of the cream, and it was a pleasant commitment for coffee lovers.
The latte did not have a strong bitter taste, and it was delicious until the end with a slightly fragrant latte. Beans were also sold in the store, so it is a nice point to be able to buy what you like and go home.
「北千住でバスクチーズケーキが食べたい」「チーズケーキが評判のカフェを探してる」人向けに、行ってみて分かった“狙い目”を補足します。 私は日曜の12時すぎに到着してすぐ入れたんですが、12時半くらいから席がかなり埋まってきて、チーズケーキも売り切れが出ていました。確実にバスクチーズケーキ目当てなら、オープン直後〜午前中寄りで動くのが安心だと思います。特に北千住はランチ後のカフェ利用が増えるので、13時以降は混みやすい印象でした。 バスクチーズケーキは、見た目よりも軽い口どけで、濃厚系だけど重たすぎないタイプ。添えてあるクリームとナッツを一緒に食べると、なめらかさ＋カリッとした食感が加わって満足感が上がりました。甘さも強すぎないので、コーヒーと合わせたい人にちょうどいいです。 ドリンクはホットのカフェラテを選んだのですが、苦味が前に出すぎず、ふわっと香りが立つ飲みやすさ。ラテアート（ハート）がきれいで、写真も撮りたくなるやつでした。チーズケーキ×ラテの組み合わせは間違いなく、北千住で“チーズケーキを主役にカフェしたい日”にぴったり。 店内はカウンター＋テーブル少なめの小規模で、明るい日差しが入るフレンドリーな空気感。長居して作業するよりは、1人時間や軽いお茶に向いていると思います。棚にはコーヒー豆の袋や商品が並んでいて、気に入った味があれば購入できるのも嬉しいポイントでした。 まとめると、北千住でバスクチーズケーキを狙うなら「早めの時間に行く」「ラテとセットで頼む」「売り切れ前提で予定を組む」の3つがコツ。チーズケーキ好きなら一度試してほしいカフェです。
