I went there around 13: 30 on weekdays.
There were three customers in the store, but I was able to sit down without waiting.
Matcha latte was not sweet and I was able to enjoy the taste of matcha itself. It was not too strong, it was a taste that went well with milk and it was easy to eat with sweet cakes.
The cheesecake was smooth and moist, and there was a refreshing taste of mascarpone. I thought that it was easy for anyone to eat with a flavor without habit. There were pudding and other sweets, but everyone else ordered cheesecake, so if you get lost, I recommend this one.
Coffee beans are sold in the store, and if you purchase more than 200g of beans, you can get a cup for free. I didn t order it, but if you like coffee, I think it s good to go looking for your favorite one.
「船橋で抹茶が美味しいカフェないかな」「バスクチーズケーキを外したくない」って時に、私が安心して再訪したいと思ったのがPHILOCOFFEA 201。いわゆる“船橋の隠れ家カフェ”っぽい落ち着きがあって、ひとりカフェでも入りやすかったです。 私が頼んだ抹茶ラテは、甘さがほぼなくて抹茶の風味をちゃんと感じるタイプ。ラテアートがかわいくてテンション上がるのに、味は大人寄りなのが良かったです。甘いドリンクが得意じゃない人や、ケーキと一緒に飲みたい人には特に合うと思い ます。もし「もう少し甘めが好き」なら、注文時に甘さの相談ができるか聞いてみるのもアリ（お店によって対応が違うので）。 バスクチーズケーキは、表面の香ばしい焦げ目が目印。中はしっとりなめらかで、重すぎないのに満足感はしっかり。マスカルポーネのさっぱり感があって、食後でもぺろっといけました。初めて行くなら、迷ったらこれを選ぶと失敗しにくいと思います。個人的には、抹茶ラテ（甘くない）×バスクチーズケーキ（しっかり甘い）の組み合わせが相性抜群でした。 あと、店内でコーヒー豆の販売があるのもこのお店の良さ。豆を200g以上買うとドリンク1杯無料という特典があるので、「カフェ利用＋豆も買いたい」人はかなりお得。家で飲む用の豆を選びつつ、その場で一杯飲んで帰れる流れができるのが嬉しいです。 混雑が心配な人は、私が行った平日昼過ぎみたいに“ピークを少し外す”のがおすすめ。写真も撮りやすいし、ゆっくり抹茶ラテとバスクチーズケーキを楽しめました。
