I went there after 11 o'clock on weekdays. There were several groups of people and several groups in the store, but there were many vacant seats so I was able to order about the seat immediately.
Egg Benedict and another dish were more satisfying than they looked, and they were just the right amount for brunch.
The amount of hot water was about 3 cups, so I enjoyed the concentration of extraction plenty.
There is a bookstore in front of the cafe, and you can buy picture books here, so it is recommended for book lovers.

I went there after 8 o clock on weekdays. I was able to choose my seat freely because it opened soon, but after 9 o clock the number of customers gradually increased, so I recommend going early.
The avocado sandwich was a perfect set for breakfast, with avocado paste combined well with eggs and buckets.
The pancakes were slightly sweet and very delicious when served with salty salmon and onions.
The cappuccino had the logo of the shop on it, and it was a cute cup from the appearance.
It is a cafe with a long history, and the color tone and atmosphere inside the store are wonderful, so I would like you to go if it is convenient.

I went there around 11: 30 on weekdays.
There were many vacant seats in the store, but the sofa seat by the window was filled.
I visited the only cubist style cafe in the world. The exterior was characteristic and the interior was very beautiful and I was able to spend a calm time.
The cake was a large size so I was able to have it slowly with a drink.
It is located a little far from the streets of the old town, so it was a perfect shop to visit while taking a break.
「プラハ 三大カフェって結局どこ？」「喫茶プラハ（珈琲ハウス・プラハ）っぽい雰囲気の店で、失敗せずに入りたい」…と思って、私なりに“はしごしやすさ”重視で回った時のコツを補足します。 まず、三大カフェ巡りは“朝イチ→昼→午後”の順がいちばん動きやすかったです。体感では、Cafe Louvreは朝の早い時間だと席が選びやすく、9時台からじわじわ混み始めました。写真でも店内が広くてクラシックな雰囲気なので、初めての「喫茶プラハ」体験にも安心。カプチーノはロゴ入りのラテアートがかわいくて、写真目的の人はテーブルに届いた瞬間が撮りどきです。朝食ならアボカド×卵×バゲットが軽すぎず重すぎずで、観光前のエネルギー補給にちょうどよかったです。 次にThe Globe Bookstore and Cafeは、“ブックカフェ”要素が強くて、棚いっぱいの本に囲まれて過ごせるのが魅力でした。平日11時過ぎは空席が多く、ブランチとしてエッグベネディクトをゆっくり楽しめました。紅茶はポットでたっぷり出てくるので、急いで飲むより、抽出の濃さが変わっていくのをのんびり味わうのがおすすめ。店内は温かい照明で落ち着くので、「観光の合間に静かな喫茶を探している」人に刺さりそうです。 Grand Café Orientは、世界で唯一のキュビズム様式カフェというだけあって、幾何学模様の内装がとにかく印象的でした。旧市街のメイン通りから少し外れるぶん、“休憩目的で混雑を避けたい”時に助かります。窓側ソファ席は人気で埋まりやすかったので、着いたらまず席を確認してからオーダーするのがよかったです。ケーキは一切れが大きめで、コーヒー（珈琲ハウス感）と合わせて長居向き。 三大カフェを効率よく回る小ワザとしては、(1)朝はLouvreで朝食→(2)歩き疲れたらOrientで休憩→(3)最後にGlobeで本とお茶、の流れが“満足度と体力”のバランスが取りやすかったです。どの店も料理だけじゃなく、店内の空気感（クラシック／ブックカフェ／キュビズム）が全然違うので、「喫茶プラハ」を目的にするなら、1店舗だけより2〜3店舗回って比較するのが楽しいと思います。
