[Miyagi · Sendai] Fluffy dorayaki recommended 💗 a must-see souvenir for anko lovers
Matcha Dora

I made a reservation for a reserve after 10 o clock on weekdays and visited. Although it was a visit immediately after the opening, many people lined up in front of the shop, and some people made reservations for the next day or later in the store. The inside of the store was not large and only about 2 to 3 pairs were put in.
Matcha has a slightly bitter and fluffy matcha cream sandwiched between anko, and it was an irresistible taste for matcha and anko lovers. I am not good at fresh cream, but I was able to enjoy it because the flavor of matcha was utilized without feeling the sweetness of the cream strongly.
The sweet potato was sandwiched between sweet potatoes and sweet bean paste. It was delicious with the taste as imagined.
Andora was very satisfied with the anko with plenty of grains, and it was a happy dorayaki for anko lovers. It was palm-sized and sweet, so I could eat it without getting tired.
You can get it in a box instead of a paper bag, so I thought it would be easy to give as a souvenir.
When I passed the store around 17 o clock the day before, it was sold out and the clerk was also answering the phone by himself. When I thought about asking for a reservation by phone, it seems that many people are contacting me, so I could not connect easily, so I asked the store and made a reservation for a reserve. The store was kind and said that if there was no additional order when I went to pick up, I could enter the store without lining up, so I was able to purchase smoothly. If you are thinking of saving it, I thought it would be better to ask directly to the store instead of calling.
