I went after 13 o'clock on a holiday.
The inside of the restaurant was a small restaurant with about 5 pairs including counter seats.
There were basic classic burgers, those using avocado and bacon egg, and types such as pineapple and pulled pork. This time I visited for the first time so I had a classic.
The lunch set comes with potato chips and a drink, and you can freely add toppings, so you can stuff your favorite things. Sheep and deer meat are also used as patties, and you can change it as you like, so you can choose your favorite burger. Patties, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles were put between the buns, and mozzarella cheese was added. When using the counter seat, you can also see the meat being grilled on the iron plate in front of you.
It is also a nice point to put a dog together.

地元北海道札幌で見つけたこのハンバーガー店は、単なるバーガーショップ以上の魅力があります。 特に印象的だったのは、パティの種類を自分の好みに合わせて選べるところです。ラムや鹿肉のパティは他ではなかなか味わえない特別感があり、肉本来の旨みとジューシーさがクセになりました。カウンター席から直接見える鉄板での調理風景もライブ感があり食欲をそそられます。 さらに、トッピングを自由に組み合わせられるため、モッツァレラチーズやアボカドなどお気に入りの具材を追加して自分だけのバーガーにカスタマイズできます。私はモッツァレラチーズを追加してチーズのコクがプラスされた味わいを楽しみました。 店内はコンパクトながら温かみのある雰囲気でカウンター席もあって一人でも入りやすいです。しかもわんちゃんも一緒に入れるため、ペット連れでも安心して訪問できるのが嬉しいポイントです。 営業時間や定休日も把握しやすく、訪れるタイミングを計画しやすいので、札幌観光や出張時のランチやディナーに寄りやすいと思います。個人的には旅行の際にこの店に立ち寄ることで、北海道ならではの味をじっくり満喫できて、また訪れたくなる魅力的なお店だと感じています。
