【 Fukuoka · Hakata 】 A popular bakery recommended for bread lovers 🥐 morning activities
Prosciutto Camembert 💰 430
Framboise Bostock 💰 320
Canelé? 💰 240
open 7: 00-19: 00
I went there around 8: 30 on weekdays.
Although I put it in the store, there was a line, and it took a little time from choosing to purchasing. This time I went with the intention of using the cafe as it was, but the cafe space was full, and I was able to pass through a large table with two groups waiting for about 15 minutes.
Prosciutto Camembert has a texture because it is a sandwich of bucket dough, and it was difficult to have it with the ingredients inside, but the combination of Camembert and prosciutto was so delicious that I ate it silently. There were many other sandwiches like this, so I think you can find your favorite one such as bacon egg and unusual anchovy cabbage.
Bostock was the first time I had it, but it was a brioche soaked in syrup and painted with almond cream, and the crispy texture of almond cream combined with the sweet and sour of framboise, and it was the first texture and taste. It is recommended when you want to eat well because the sweetness as sweet bread remains while the cookie feeling remains.
The canelé was moist and shaped like a kuglov. The rum feeling was not too strong, and it was just right to have it as bread.
There was a line in front of the store after 9 o clock when leaving the store, and the eat-in space was crowded, so we recommend going in the morning or early time. There were many kinds and there were many other things I was interested in, so I would like to visit again. It is a shop only here in Hakata, and there is an affiliated store AMAM DACOTAN in Omotesando, Tokyo, so I would like to go here next time.
