Yeah, yeah, it's finally around here! Today, let's share the preparation of the Attorney General's Office interview exam, out of shell. Anyone who's excited, save this post and keep it on the check list. 👇
👔 1.Luke Day Interview (First Impression)
Civility bureaucracy has to come to number 1, but we can still chic!
Clothing: Navy / Black Skirt or Pants Suit, Inside Is White Shirt, Rolled to Grips
Hair / Face: Natural Tone Makeup (Dressed Like Undressed) I neatly gather half of my head or bundle. See the face clearly. Not unkempt.
📚 2.Checklist of things to know (out very often!)
In addition to personal history, the knowledge around the organization is the point:
What is the vision / mission of the Attorney General's Office?
Preliminary organizational structure and functions of the positions we apply for (e.g. administrative work, parcels, human resources)
Introduction to Civil Service Regulation Law Knowledge
Current urban news (especially judicial issues)
💡 💡 Trick Strengthens Confidence: When answering questions, make eye contact with the judges, beaming, speaking clearly. If any of them really do not know, politely answer: "This part of the information I do not know for sure, but will go back to study immediately."

จากประสบการณ์การเตรียมตัวสอบสัมภาษณ์ภาค ค ของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด สิ่งสำคัญที่อยากจะแชร์เพิ่มเติมคือการเข้าใจภาพรวมขององค์กรและการวางตัวระหว่างสัมภาษณ์ครับ นอกจากเลือกใส่ชุดสูทสีกรมท่าหรือดำที่ดูเป็นทางการ ผมคิดว่าความสำเร็จในวันสัมภาษณ์มาจากความมั่นใจและการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน ทริคสำคัญคือการเตรียมคำตอบล่วงหน้าสำหรับคำถามเกี่ยวกับวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด เพราะกรรมการมักจะชอบเห็นว่าผู้สมัครเข้าใจบทบาทและเป้าหมายขององค์กรจริง ๆ อีกทั้งการติดตามข่าวสารบ้านเมืองโดยเฉพาะในเรื่องกฎหมายและกระบวนการยุติธรรม จะช่วยให้เราสามารถพูดคุยและแสดงความคิดเห็นได้อย่างมีน้ำหนัก และยิ่งถ้ารู้โครงสร้างองค์กรพร้อมกับรู้หน้าที่ตำแหน่งที่สมัคร จะทำให้เราตอบคำถามได้ตรงประเด็นและน่าสนใจมากขึ้น เรื่องการตอบคำถามแม้เจอเรื่องที่ไม่แน่ใจ แทนที่จะตอบแบบเดา ควรสุภาพและชัดเจนว่าข้อมูลส่วนนี้ยังต้องศึกษาเพิ่ม แต่แสดงความตั้งใจจริงที่จะเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม ซึ่งจะสะท้อนความเป็นมืออาชีพและความรับผิดชอบของเรา นอกจากนี้ระหว่างตอบคำถามควรรักษาสายตาสบกับกรรมการเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่น ใช้น้ำเสียงที่สุภาพและยิ้มในบางจังหวะเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่เป็นมิตร และอย่าลืมเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ประวัติส่วนตัว ลิสต์ผลงานหรือประสบการณ์ เพื่อยืนยันข้อมูลเมื่อต้องใช้ สุดท้าย การฝึกสัมภาษณ์กับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวก่อนวันจริงจะช่วยลดความตื่นเต้นและปรับปรุงการพูดให้ลื่นไหลขึ้น มีเวลาเตรียมตัวอย่างเพียงพอและพักผ่อนให้เต็มที่จะทำให้วันสอบสัมภาษณ์ของท่านราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นครับ
