It's become my absolute go-to when I'm craving something satisfying but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. The combination of savory crispy spam, a perfectly fried egg, earthy sautéed mushrooms, and a kick of chili crisp over warm, fluffy rice is just *chef's kiss*. You're going to love how quickly you can make this, and trust me, it tastes way more gourmet than it sounds! Let's get this deliciousness started! First things first, the rice. I usually cook about a cup of white rice (jasmine or short-grain works best) according to package directions, or in my trusty rice cooker. While the rice is doing its thing, I start prepping the other components. Next up, the star of the show for many: the spam! I thinly slice about 1/4 to 1/2 a can of lite spam into small cubes or strips.
