Breakfast✨ 19 Weeks Pregnant
Is it just me or do eggs give any other pregnant girlies the ICK these days😭
Todays breakfast: Peanut Butter & Jelly Toast🤎💜
I think that’s completely different than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich🤭
Cravings have been craving, but the only food aversion i’m still not loving at 19 weeks pregnant is eggs!
I’ve been sticking with something with protein in it though..
•loaded cereal with protein granola and whole milk
•protein kodiak pancakes
•smoothie with greek yogurt
•& obviously anything with peanut butter 💕💕#lemon8partner #pregnancy #pregnancyfood #pregnancybreakfast #pregnancycravings
At 19 weeks pregnant, many women encounter varying food preferences and aversions. It's not uncommon to find that certain foods, like eggs, can become unappealing. To navigate this phase, focus on appealing and nutritious breakfasts that cater to your cravings. Peanut butter is a great source of protein and can be easily incorporated into meals. Try making loaded cereal with protein granola or delicious pancakes made with Kodiak protein mix, both of which are satisfying and help sustain energy levels. Smoothies featuring Greek yogurt can also provide a tasty way to enjoy protein while keeping things refreshing. If peanut butter and jelly toast sounds tempting, choose organic ingredients whenever possible to avoid unwanted additives while still enjoying a classic favorite. By experimenting with different combinations and focusing on what feels good for your body, you can maintain a healthy diet that supports both you and your growing baby during this exciting time.

Yess omg !! I cannot do eggs at all. Can’t cook them, smell them or eat them without nausea.
