STRIDE. Don’t Sit. Don’t Settle. Don’t Go Back.

STRIDE. Don’t Sit. Don’t Settle. Don’t Go Back.

This is the season of forward motion.

God dropped this in my spirit:

“He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”

—Psalm 23:3 KJV

Sometimes we think we’re stuck… but we just haven’t moved.

Stress, anxiety, and depression want to keep you planted in pain.

But God is saying: STRIDE.

➡️ Move forward.

➡️ Walk it out.

➡️ Obey the last thing He told you.

➡️ Praise while you pace.

Just like Joshua… the walls didn’t fall before they moved.

They fell as they circled.

They fell because they obeyed.

Sis, what’s still standing in your life because you’re still standing still?

✨ Let God restore you on the move.

You’re not going backward. Not this time.

... Read moreIn life, we often face struggles that may leave us feeling stagnant or ‘stuck.’ These emotions can stem from various sources such as stress, anxiety, and even past traumas. However, it's essential to understand that movement—be it physical, emotional, or spiritual—is key to overcoming these feelings. God encourages us to 'STRIDE' forward, emphasizing action and obedience to His guidance. Drawing inspiration from Biblical figures like Joshua, we see that victory often comes after persistent effort and faithfulness. They didn’t witness the walls of Jericho falling until they took the first step and circled the city as instructed. Similarly, your walls—be it emotional barriers or life challenges—may still be standing because you have yet to take that first step. It’s time to evaluate what’s holding you back. Are you allowing fear or doubt to plant you in place? By actively engaging in prayer, meditation, and following God's teachings, you can find healing and restoration. Remember that growth doesn’t always mean large leaps; sometimes, it’s about making smaller, consistent strides. Pray during your journey, celebrate small victories, and position yourself towards action. Surrounding yourself with a supportive community, like the #ChristianWoman and #FaithJourney groups, can also provide encouragement and accountability. Ultimately, moving forward alongside faith will guide you toward the life you’re meant to live, free from the chains of anxiety and depression.
