12 hour shift things
On Saturdays I work 7am-7pm and I like to do things to pass the time so this past Saturday I decided to paint.
I am currently studying yoga and chakras so I made the first painting to help me remember them. It looks so plain to me though, I feel like I should go back and add something 🤔
Any thoughts?!?!
For the second one I just went on tik tok for inspo and thankfully there were plenty of examples and videos for beach sunsets. I wish I remember whose videos I used to give them credit!
Anyways, which painting do you like better?
And do you think I should add anything to the chakra painting?

Working long shifts, like 12-hour ones, can be tiring, but it also provides an opportunity for creativity and personal growth. Engaging in hobbies such as painting can not only help pass the time but also promote relaxation and mindfulness. For those who enjoy arts and crafts, consider integrating elements from your interests, like yoga and chakras, into your artwork. This can enhance your connection to the pieces you create. To further improve your paintings, seeking inspiration from platforms like TikTok or Pinterest can be beneficial. These resources can provide a wealth of ideas, techniques, and styles to explore. When painting beach sunsets or any thematic artwork, try to focus on techniques like color blending and textured brush strokes to bring life to your canvas. Additionally, don’t hesitate to ask for feedback from friends or online communities, as fresh perspectives can lead to exciting advancements in your artistic journey. Incorporating associated themes or personal touches in your work can elevate the final piece, making it more meaningful and unique. Embrace the process, and remember that the journey of creation is just as important as the finished product.

Both are awesome; the first would be nice with some type of energetic aura added-illuminating from it in art form. 😍
