Using classpass to go for aerial ?? 🤸‍♀️

✨Activity: Aerial Hatha 1 at Hale Yoga

💰Price: 9 credits = ~$20

🤔Would go again? Yes!

Went back to a studio i'm familiar with this week for aerial 🥹 I think Hale studio is quite familiar with CP girlies because they have quite a few outlets and manyyyy lesson timings. I also did my first aerial lesson with them and I would highly recommend the Aerial Stretch class for beginners cos the hammock is usually hung lower so it's less scary!! I also really liked it cos I get quite dizzy and the fabric doesn't spin. I think compared to the Stretch class the Hatha 1 lesson intensity can sometimes vary in difficulty based on instructors but they usually provide easier and tougher options so I dont feel too pressured to go beyond my strength lolol 😌

... Read moreIf you're new to aerial hammock classes like I was, starting with beginner-friendly sessions can make a huge difference. At Hale Yoga, the Aerial Stretch class is ideal because the hammock hangs lower, which feels less intimidating and reduces dizziness caused by spinning fabrics. From personal experience, the instructors offer modifications to match various fitness levels, so you don't feel pressured to push beyond your limits. For those interested in learning aerial hammock beginner tricks, keep in mind that consistency and patience are key. Classes like these often provide gradual progressions—from simple holds to gentle swings and beginner poses. Adding some basic acrobatics or aerial yoga poses can also complement your practice and enhance your strength and flexibility. The price is reasonable when booking through ClassPass credits, making it accessible to try multiple studios or styles without commitment. Hale Yoga’s convenient locations and flexible lesson timings helped me fit sessions into my schedule easily. If you want to explore aerial hammock tricks or a beginner acrobatics class but feel unsure about where to start, this setup provides a supportive environment to build confidence and enjoy the experience safely.
