I’m confused
Let me start with this, I’ve seen so many conflicting answers. Wtf are the benefits of an infrared sauna?
How long are you supposed to stay in there? Can I bring my yoga mat in and work out? Pls help lol

It’s just a different type of sauna as compared to the “steam” sauna. Still benefits to relax, help with sore muscles, circulation, and helps with your skin! (Kind of like red light therapy). I usually stay in the sauna for 20 minutes after my workouts.
