TOO CUTE TO EAT! 😍

Came across a few posts on this highly rated dessert shop awhile ago so decided to try it out!

The shop was very cosy and warm. Perfect spot for a high-tea session🍵☕ (to spill your tea to your bestie! 😂) Staff were very welcoming and introduced us to the different types of cakes available for the day. They also patiently introduced the different flavours and layers of each cake and gave recommendations too!

The 🐻 cake was my favourite among the two that we chose as it was so chocolatey! 😋 The 🐑 cake has a very distinct taste of the Earl grey tea! We also ordered two drinks (I forgot the name 😅) and the total cost was about RM 80+.

Overall it was a great experience and you should definitely check it out if you're around that area! 😍

Besides the delightful bear-shaped dark chocolate mousse, I highly recommend sampling their Earl Grey Tea Mousse with mango and lavender. The combination of floral, fruity, and robust tea notes created an exciting palate experience. On a recent visit, I also noticed their taro tart, which looked tempting and could be a great next choice! The shop’s cozy ambiance and friendly staff really add to the enjoyment—they patiently explain each cake’s flavor profile and suggest pairings, making it easy to choose something special. It’s a great spot to unwind over tea or coffee with friends, especially if you love indulging in creative, high-quality pastries. Prices are reasonable for the quality and presentation; the two cakes and drinks I tried totaled just over RM 80. Located conveniently in Southkey Johor Bahru, Nanamax offers a wonderful dessert experience that goes beyond just sweets, incorporating thoughtful flavor blends like Earl Grey tea and sea salt hazelnut that dessert lovers will appreciate.
