If your going through retrograde

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a deeper dive into something I’ve found incredibly helpful, especially when I feel like I'm caught in a challenging 'circle of energy' – you know, those times when the retrograde vibes hit hard, and everything feels off-kilter. When I first started noticing these energetic shifts, I felt truly drained, like my own personal energy field was out of balance. For me, understanding the 'circle of energy' means recognizing the natural flow and cycles of our personal power, how it interacts with the world, and how we can protect and replenish it. During a retrograde, this circle can feel disrupted, but it's also an incredible opportunity for introspection and growth. I’ve learned that instead of fighting it, we can work with it. One of the first things I learned to do was to RESET YOUR ENERGY. It sounds simple, but actively choosing to clear out stagnant vibes can make a huge difference. I like to do this through grounding meditations or even just spending time in nature. It's about consciously breaking any negative loops and bringing fresh energy in. There were definitely moments when I wanted to give up, but remembering to Don't Give UP! became my mantra. I reminded myself that EVERY STORM MUST PASS. This perspective really helped me ride the waves instead of getting pulled under. It’s a temporary phase, and acknowledging that helps immensely. And oh, the importance of self-care! I can’t stress enough how crucial it is to TREAT YOURSELF during these times. Whether it's a warm bath, a favorite meal, or just an hour with a good book, nourishing your soul helps maintain your energy circle. I also found that incorporating CRYSTAL FUN into my routine – like meditating with amethyst or carrying clear quartz – really helps to stabilize my energy field and protect it. Sometimes, the weight feels too heavy to carry alone, and that's when I learned to ASK FOR SOME HELP. Reaching out to a trusted friend, a mentor, or even just sharing my feelings in a journal, lightened my load significantly. We don't have to navigate these cycles in isolation. Finally, I've started to PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DREAMS. They often hold profound messages during periods of energetic shifts, offering insights into what needs to be released or understood. And through all of this, I'm constantly working on my PERCEPTION. How I choose to view these challenging periods completely transforms my experience. Instead of seeing them as hurdles, I now see them as invitations for deeper self-discovery and strengthening my own unique circle of energy. It’s all about maintaining that sacred space within ourselves.
