... Read moreStarting a challenge like 75 Hard can be both exciting and demanding. On Day 3, I found that maintaining a balanced routine helps keep my motivation strong. For meals, I chose bitter gourd sliced fish soup, which is not only nutritious but also supports digestion—a key part of sustaining energy throughout the day. In addition to nutrition, incorporating diverse workouts like Pilates with reformer equipment and playing Captain's Ball keeps exercise enjoyable and well-rounded. These activities build strength and flexibility without overwhelming the body. I also took mindful breaks, such as enjoying the sunset after work and a quick 'kitty break,' which provided mental refreshment. This balance between discipline and moments of relaxation is vital for long-term commitment. In the evening, my dinner featured overnight oats with blueberries and granola, plus Chawanmushi, a soothing Japanese egg custard that's light yet satisfying. Skincare and relaxation, including reading 'Reminders of Him' by Colleen Hoover, rounded out my day, emphasizing the importance of mental health alongside physical fitness. Supplementing my routine, I explored natural supplements like MBOM capsules for bloat relief and MOOM products for skin hydration and sun protection. These additions helped me feel supported in my wellness journey. Overall, embracing consistency, nutritious meals, diverse exercises, and self-care rituals is key to thriving during the #75Hard challenge. Sharing these small victories and strategies can inspire others to stay committed to their goals.
